Fang Fang joined Tencent in 2011 as the chief editor of the interview department of Tencent Entertainment Center. In 2013, she served as the director of the TV drama business department of Tencent Video. Joined Penguin Film and Television in 2015 and is currently a vice president of Penguin Film and Television. She is responsible for Tencent Video film and television copyright procurement and self-made drama production, development and management, and is also responsible for the business operation and team management of the artist brokerage center.
