Distinguished judges Michael Bonacini (O&B restaurant empire), Alvin Leung (Bo Innovation in Hong Kong), and Claudio Aprile (Xango in Toronto) return to advise, mentor, and critique the cooks as they compete in a series of high-stakes culinary challenges.
