Sciacca and Battiston investigate a hitman linked to a Colombian clan who has arrived in Naples to eliminate a group of traffickers. The operation is overseen by Ludovica Belforte, head of the Anti-Drug Unit, who implicates Spaccanapoli and reveals his ties to Malinconico. Meanwhile, Ciccone, struggling with his leadership, devotes himself to the case of a young Ecuadorian man killed, entering the world of underground fighting. Discovered to be ill, he is convicted without defending himself. Ciccone and Marciano suspect the arrest was a fraud. Desiree discovers that the police are investigating her father and, after seeing a file at the police station, reveals to Malinconico that Gabriele is the only one not named. The boss suspects him of being a spy and tests him with a false tip. Meanwhile, Sciacca reopens the case of a missing girl and follows a new lead that leads him to a video store. Bianca tries to explain to Giulio that she is now living with his father, but the boy runs away from her.
