Encounters(1996)

Johnny goes to Athena's Palace to appraise the property for a potential business loan. He enters an exciting and seductive world there. Intrigued by the beautiful strip-dancer Brandy, he agrees to value her house as well. She insists on paying Johnny for his valuation with a private striptease dance. Her friend Carlo, an ex-con on parole, is immediately jealous and sees the opportunity for blackmail.
