A movie that will amaze you When I sat down to watch the movie "From Dusk to Dawn", I did not read the synopsis of the film. I just knew that some actors I know play there. And the title didn't reveal the essence of the film to me. In my opinion, it was the right decision, because the events taking place in the film turn out to be very unexpected. The film begins as a kind of adventure picture. There is a situation. The two brothers need to get away from the cops. They intend to hide in Mexico and it turns out that the heroes take a family hostage. The first scenes show the "hand" of the master Robert Rodriguez, who has his own signature style — blood, maximum violence, shooting and fighting. Such a plot twist immediately chained to the screen, not giving a chance to break away. Then the audience begins to introduce the characters. Clooney plays one of the brothers named Seth. He is seen as a cunning, intelligent, calculating person who sees a lot of options in advance. He is handsome, charming, and even inspires some confidence. I think George was a great fit for this role. Tarantino plays the role of Richard's second brother. This is the complete opposite of Seth. He is presented as somewhat disgusting, immoral and, it seems, even insane in some moments. Quentin is simply gorgeous in this role. He disgusted me the whole movie. You never know what to expect from him. The only hope is for his brother, who will be able to stop Richard in time. The actors playing the captured family are also not bad, but they are slightly inferior in color to the "brothers" Clooney and Tarantino. Finishing the conversation about the actors, it is impossible not to mention the legendary role of Salma Hayek, who appeared in the image of a fatal dancer with a snake. This scene is very memorable, as is the song, under which the actress demonstrates a magnificent figure and plasticity. Of course, Salma is a wonderful dramatic actress, she has shown herself in many films, but here she demonstrates precisely the female beauty of the body, the grace of lines. Her dance is beautiful. The script and direction are excellent. The narration is conducted in such a way that it is impossible to distract, and the adventurous spirit does not leave for a minute. And I want to see what happens next. There are several good moments that make you keep your fingers crossed for the heroes. Towards the end of the film, after a bloody denouement, you realize that this is not an ordinary typical representative of a particular genre. Cinema, thanks to a chic script and acting, combines, and sometimes immediately changes the genre. This is both a bloody thriller and an adventure and a fantasy. And very successful. And it is noteworthy that the viewer expects some kind of confrontation between hostages and kidnappers in the finale, but gets an absolutely unexpected collision that simply shocks. In my opinion, this is a great twist. As a result, we got a kind of very emotional, bloody, wild film, which has its own novelty, extraordinary plot development, amazing characters and a wonderful atmosphere. "From dusk to dawn" is perfect for viewing today, promising to give viewers a lot of emotions and impressions. 8 out of 10
