Classic Guy Ritchie
The film is probably one of the most memorable pictures of the classic Guy Ritchie. The crazy development of the plot, the inimitable play of the actors, perfectly written dialogues and, of course, the recognizable style of the maestro in every frame. All this is a "Snatch".
The movie from Richie, as always, starts with some fragments of certain destinies of the characters. Each storyline is replete with its memorable dialogues, the behavior of the characters, the distinctive features of these very heroes. Richie always keeps his finger on the pulse of what is happening in his project, noticing the necessary details that will definitely play a role in the development of the plot.
There is no point in retelling the plot. You can get confused in the retelling, and you need to see such a picture yourself in order to feel the degree and nerve of the narrative with every cell, which is so characteristic of the works of the eminent British director.
The master skillfully immerses his viewer in a unique story that seems unlikely to happen in reality. His characters are remembered, colliding with each other, attract attention to themselves, and the viewer necessarily gets into each of them.
Richie manages to show the developing situation from the angle of unrealistic plot development. His "wards" necessarily face difficult circumstances that lead to unpredictable consequences.
The cast is great. What is Brad Pitt worth in the role of a wild gypsy who talks surprisingly fast, often behaves in an inappropriate way. The transformation of the actor into Miki is simply baffling after having previously seen the actor in the image of Death in "Meet Joe Black". This is really a professional.
Statham and Graham, Ford and Del Toro, Fleming and Farina — each of them is a true discovery and decoration of this work. The guys have created memorable images that you really believe in.
Guy Ritchie's work deserves every praise and over the past couple of decades has become truly iconic. This is high-quality work: excellent script and production do their job. The film will give almost two hours of positive emotions thanks to the intricacy of destinies that the screen will show.
I strongly advise you to view this picture. This is a real and classic project from Guy Ritchie. Excellent production, well-developed characters, great dialogues and necessarily high-quality humor, which you will definitely appreciate.
