Shinya goes to live and take care of with his two younger cousins, Tsubasa Fujisaki and his younger brother Subaru, after their parents go overseas. However, Shinya is surprised to find both cross-dressing upon his arrival.

This volume was released separately from the Josou Shounen Anthology Comic.
