Sasou is a young landlord with an upcoming tenant. His new tenant Tetsu, a fellow student, is quite beautiful but has a melancholy temperament. Even so, Sasou can't deny the attraction he feels for the other and makes it his mission for Tetsu to open up to him. On the other hand, Tetsu keeps denying all Sasou's advances, but the former cannot help but feel intrigued by the latter. This is the beginning of their love story on the north side of Kichijoji Station.
