Happy Days

Igarashi and Nakano are best friends and about to graduate. Feeling like they will never see each other after graduation Igarashi calls Nakano into a room to talk. He wants to make sure that they will see each other, be with each other even after they graduate. Will Nakano agree to such a thing though and if he doesn't would they ever be able to go back to being friends after such a question?
