Toranosuke Takeda is a doctor of engineering who works in a laboratory at Towa University in Tsukuba Science City, but he cannot talk to beautiful women and continues to live a single life at the age of 38. A colleague of his proposes to make him a test bed for genetic modification, although reluctant at first, Takeda accepts in order to be popular with women, becoming "blowman" who manufactures a deadly poison in his body due to a little trouble. The author return to his roots of crazy gags and dirty humor after writing serious stories for many years, but this time applying more continuity between chapters and offering an unique human undertone.
