The twins Riko and Miko, former guests of the "Smile Duck" home, after the events that have seen them involved and thanks to the help of Professor Onizuka, decide to radically change their lives and, wanting to help those most in need, decide to join the student committee of their high school, so they can help the students of the school to solve their problems.
