The "Magic Dress" is a specially enchanted gown for witches that can only be made by master tailors. Fascinated by witches since childhood, Hino Soujiro came to Alstroemeria Academy to become a master tailor. Along with the apprentice witch Chloe, he devoted himself to dressmaking. But contrary to his expectations, he couldn’t make a mark amidst the outstanding students at the academy. Soujiro grew impatient. But because of an offhand comment from Chloe, he began to rethink “the reason I create dresses”…?
