Once a year, the strongest delinquent students gather for Kenka Fes (Fight Festival) and compete for their school to come out on top. A rumor is spreading that Karikari Academy, a regular participant, is withdrawing from this year's competition. After hearing the news, other high schools begin to drop out. It looks like this year's event will be cancelled. However, one reckless delinquent is determined persevere and do whatever it takes to enter the festival.
