Kooru Sora, Sakou no Kuni

A young girl is an artist's apprentice who decorates domes with rare "fragments" inside of them. The fragments are made by silver sand storms that "imprint" the scenery as it existed during the storm. One day the girl goes with her master to sell her first dome, and a storm comes to her village. When she goes to find her master at her village, she instead finds a strange boy and is picked up by a dangerous group of people...
