Ryofu cosplays a doctor and orders Ryomou to strip naked. Ryomou nervously questions Ryofu, but Ryofu interrupts Ryomou and begins caressing her whilst taking her clothes off. Ryomou begins to sob as Ryofu successfully strips her down and begins to rub her skin as Ryomou begins to moan. Suddenly Hakufu enters and yells at Ryofu, who tells her that she's been approved to do to Ryomou as she wishes. Hakufu then leaves as a helpless Ryomou begs for help in her head. Kan-u and Gentoku can be seen working while Kan-u daydreams about Gentoku. Kakouen appears and challanges Kan-u to a competition, Kan-u accepts and the two begin showing off their lingerie while a group of people gather to watch. Kakouen and Kan-u are both seen, wearing S and M costumes, while Koukin, in the background, is tied up and stripped naked. Kan-u and Kakouen then begin punishing Koukin in various ways until he passes out from the pain resulting in a tie in their competition. Ryomou then bust through the door, as Kakouen makes her escape unseen by anyone. Ryomou then collects Koukin and vows revenge on Kan-u as she leaves the scene, with Koukin on her back. Hakufu and Ryomou are seen standing behind Kan-u plotting to avenge Koukin. Hakufu wants to get back at Kan-u immediately but Ryomou tells her to be patient. Hakufu & Ryomou poison Kan-u's drink, which causes her to gag & lose consciousness shortly after drinking. This allows Hakufu to do anything she wants for revenge. The duo strip Kan-u down to her panties and proceed to drive a toy car around her body. Kan-u is seen in tears, humiliated as she opens her eyes in shock, afterwards showing that she wet herself.
